1 c all-purpose flour
3/4 c white whole wheat flour (can use all-purpose flour)
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 c milk
1/2 c vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together and cook using a waffle iron (pour 2/3 cup of batter for ours). Serve immediately with desired toppings (syrup, jam, whipped cream, berries, etc.).
